Sleep Better Guarantee
At Boise Mattress, our goal is to ensure your 100% satisfaction with your new sleep systems. We understand that finding the perfect mattress can take time and adjustments. Therefore, we offer a One and Only One comfort exchange policy. Please review the following guidelines:
1. Comfort Exchange:
- Only applies to mattresses with a. purchase price of $1000 or greater unless backed by a manufacturer Sleep Trial.
- We allow one comfort exchange per customer.
- Exchanges can only be made for another mattress or mattress set of equal or greater value.
- The exchange must be completed within 60 days from the date of the original purchase.
2. Refunds and Returns:
- We do not offer refunds in cash or credit card reimbursement.
- Exchanges are eligible for in-store credit only.
- A restocking fee may apply.
3. Condition of Mattress:
- Mattresses must be in new or like-new condition to be eligible for exchange.
- Any damages, stains, or excessive wear will void the exchange policy.
- Accessories, including pillows and mattress accessories, are non-refundable.
- If the original purchase included an accessory pack, the cost of the accessories will be deducted from the return credit.
5. Special Orders:
- Special orders, such as Twin XL, Cal King, or Split King mattresses, are not returnable or exchangeable unless backed by a manufacturer sleep trial.
6. Exchange Process:
- When visiting our store for a comfort exchange, please bring the following items:
- The pillows you use to sleep with (even if purchased from Boise Mattress).
- Any topper, feather bed, or quilted mattress pad that you sleep on.
- Our process for a comfort exchange includes:
- Assessing photos provided by you, capturing any factors that may affect the support, comfort, or motion transfer of your mattress.
- Analyzing your sleeping posture in relation to the entire sleep system, including pillows, toppers (if used), mattress, and foundation/box spring or bed base.
- Providing suggestions and recommendations to help adjust your sleeping posture, such as adjusting the pillow, using a different pillow, removing or adding toppers or pads, or considering an adjustable bed base.
- Emphasizing the importance of understanding the entire sleep system to ensure your satisfaction and avoid unnecessary exchanges.
- Honoring our commitment to the 60 Sleep Better Guarantee, which requires your active participation in the exchange process.
7. Environmental Considerations:
- We are committed to minimizing unnecessary exchanges to prevent price increases for all customers.
- We aim to reduce mattress waste and environmental impact.
- Returned mattresses will be handled as follows:
- If the mattress is eligible for a comfort exchange, we will send it back to the manufacturer if they accept comfort returns.
- Clearance comfort exchanges will be sold as is or donated to charity if a protector was purchased to ensure cleanliness. These mattresses are properly disinfected and tagged according to the law, with disclosure of their origins and pricing them accordingly for sale.
- However, the majority of returned mattresses end up at the local landfill which has a huge environmental impact and is the primary reason we aim to find the right mattress the first time.
8. Sleep Better Guarantee:
- The Sleep Better Guarantee includes:
- Trying your mattress for a minimum of30 days before initiating an exchange.
- Purchasing our mattress protector to keep the mattress clean and stain-free.
- Paying a $79 restocking fee to cover our costs, as these exchanges are often sold below cost.
- Paying a delivery fee equal to your original delivery fee.
9. Early Exchange Requests:
- Exchanges initiated before the 60-day trial period are subject to the following fees:
- Day 1 – Day 14: No exchanges allowed.
- Day 15 – Day 30: 50% restocking charge.
- Day 31 – Day 60: 20% restocking charge.
10. Procedures and Photos:
- To initiate a Sleep Better Guarantee Comfort Exchange, procedures and photos are required for all mattresses, regardless of type, to assess and address your specific sleep needs effectively.
