I helped my friend, who has limited mobility, shop for a new mattress. After a bad experience at another store, we were pleased to find Boise Mattress. Travis was very friendly and knowledgeable about all the options available. He helped us find the best mattress and base for her needs at a reasonable price with no sales pressure. Delivery and set up was very professional. They were able to make the new base work with her existing frame and headboard and even helped attach an existing safety rail to the new frame. it was an overall very good customer experience. It is obvious they care about their customers. I would definitely recommend them and would come back if I have need for a mattress in the future.
